"Caller asked for my card number so they could lower my interest rate. I said I wouldn't give that info out on the phone and shouldn't have to bc if they were the credit card company they should have that info anyways. He said "just give me the number" and I said no I'll be glad to verify any other info but I won't give you that bc you don't need it. Caller became angry and slurred off some random sentence I couldn't understand bc it was obvious they were not speaking english (he was also slurring and appeared to be on something drug or alcohol related). DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CARD INFO TO THESE PEOPLE! OBVIOUS SCAM!!"

"When I called them out on being scammers I was called a ***** ing ***** , racial comments were made and the girl on the other end was laughing like a lunatic. This was a truly disturbing call."

"yea that 540-463-3816 number just called me but they didn't say anything. caller id lists nancy higgins i googled it and ended up here. They didn't say anything or I hung up before the machine came on"

"sounds like a recorded message started out as this is a message from credit card services. There is no problem with your acct. and then I forgot what it goes on to say but they are fishing for info. Usually no name or # shows up on my caller ID but this time it did. Nancy Higgins 1-540-463-3816...."
