"If I find Howard Williams I’m ***** ing him up...."

"I'm in South Texas and I have been receiving these calls for several months now, 5 or more times a day from different "local numbers" I've blocked them all but they just keep calling from different ones. I have tried to speak to one of the representatives to kindly remove me from heir call list but they just hang up the phone. It has been extremely frustrating to the point that I have even considered switching my number. I've had this number for a long time and I would hate to do that. Can someone please help me get rid of these calls."
