"Same thing. Got a warning on my computer, called the number and spent sever hours to have it fixed and cost $250. Next day took to my IT guy and he spent atleast 2 hours cleaning the ***** off the computer and removing back doors. Runs great now. Never call the Number if this happens. If you don't have a IT guy, take it to the Geek Squad!!! I bot scammed, but never again."

"Laptop stopped & I got this loud message about virus infected my pc & call this number. I did call & my pc had all kinds of issues they could fix. Stayed on phone awhile with them & seemed legit. Luckily my credit card declined payt. They called wanting to know about why they couldn't get payt. & technician was already fixing my problems."
