"They sent me a letter saying that " my refund was pending" and to call this number 1-877-204-7996. When I called they started asking for info such as SSN. I didn't give it to them and called Macy's instead, they confirmed that the letter is not from them and it's a scam!"

"Apple/Mac scam. I don't even use those devices. Left a minute and a half long message telling me that "according to their servers, there has been suspicious activity,and to resolve the issue, I need to contact customer support immediately."."
