"This person keeps texting, 11 times today, complaining that I have called him several times. I’ve never called this person and don’t know who he is. I tried telling him that someone may be using my number to cover up their true identity. Scammers can now use any number they wish on caller ID display to mask who they are. I’ve even gotten calls from my OWN NUMBER! Scammers have the tech to do this. How do I get this person to stop sending harassing and vulgar texts when I never called him or know who he is."
