"Caller left voice message this morning stating that I have an EDD appointment. I do have an EDD appointment for Monday, 4days from now. I call the number and it doesn't sound very official. I ask who this is and she says EDD. She asks me my name and types some things, but can't find me. She asks my social security number and comes up with my company TIN name that I used to make the claim to EDD. I hear a dog bark in the background?! She wants to confirm the last day worked and the last day paid. She says I still have my appointment on Monday to confirm reasons for separation."
