"Hangs up when answered"

"2 consecutive hang-up calls, 5:31 a.m. i never give out my phone numbers and only receive calls from my primary care physician infrequently and social workers, infrequently. the people just upstairs in this low income apartment building, name of Wescott or Abate apt 213, 277 E. Allen Street have a history of harassment, theft and torture against me since Abate shot me 6 times on the schoolgrounds in the year 1952. they have entered my apartment to injure my ESA pet cat, stolen, damaged belongings, and daily loud microphone amplified voice threats and bad quasi- . i heard they have been asked to leave the apartment building sometime after january 1st but that is hearsay and i wouldn't know if they will further "retaliate." this morning already i have got 4 harassing calls from them."
