"When answered there is an automated recording that says that this is a final attempt to reach me (it does not even give a name of who the call is for), the IRS has been trying to reach me and that I need to call or report in front of a magistrate.
I don't think I would be getting calls from the IRS office in Maryland when I have never lived in Maryland."
