"We know this is a printer scam call. We have asked several time to removed from their call list. We either get hung up on or flat out told no. How is this legal. These calls are harrassing! They are obviously not calling from the East Carolina University."

"Received the call you are all talking about, saying the needed model #, I asked which make because we have several, they listed about 4 (1st red flag). I gave them one model number (not all of them) and they wanted to know where this machine was located. I asked why they needed that info if they're just sending an owner manual, got some rote response, I said I won't give you that info. Hopefully we won't get crap in the mail with a bill...."

I proceeded to ask her which one she was talking about (we have 10) when she replied it doesn't matter. I proceed to ask what this was for and she responded "I already told your dumbasses" so I hung up. She called back not even 5 seconds later when i answered I told her we didnt need her f additude and hung up again she called back 5 times in a row with in 3 minutes and I rejected the call all 5 times. Afterwards she called back again to tell one of my employees that happened to pick up "to go f yourself, and f your dog you stupid b".
