There was a recent scam i found out about that if you say "YES" when they ask if its you, they will use that recording of you saying yes, as you CONSENTING to whatever they want to do with you and your info. NO NOT SAY YES TO ANYTHING THEY ASK YOU. If you block it, they may keep calling from different numbers. I tried to report it to the do not call registry, it said it was not a valid area code."
