"Called four times this afternoon despite being told we were not interested in hearing about better electric rates (she was very concerned we were paying too much, OK, yeah). Same woman each time, asked for my husband three times and then for the "office manager." Was very clear we were not interested and asked to be removed from her list EACH time. Not sure what part of no she doesn't understand. They are calling a private residence where both myself my husband has had recent heart surgery, so it's not fun jumping for the phone for a scam multiple times despite letting her know we are on the "Do Not Call" list."
