"IT’S A SCAM!!! This number called for my husband at multiple places…his office, his company’s HR department, even his sister, saying she was on an application (which she’s never been!). First there was a “Todd” from the “Legal division” at the “RGL Group” calling from this number saying there was a case against him, then a “Matt” calling from the same number saying he's from the “Mediation department” at “RPO company” saying there has been fraud against his SSN. We called our local SS office…no fraud. We called our local Police Dept. who searched the number 331-431-5101 in their law enforcement database and told us that 331-431-5101 isn't a registered number in the U.S. and is most definitely a scam. The officer said that scammers use unregistered numbers to disguise calls as local. He also did an investigation while we were on the phone and confirmed that the number has been reported by others to police as scam. The officer advised blocking the number 331-431-5101 and NOT responding to any calls from this number."
