"Got a voice mail from this number - almost identical to the other report "My name is Doug and I'm not even sure if I got the right number but I did a search for your phone number on the internet and I would really like to make you a cash offer for your phone in the next 30 days". Also claiming that they flip about 5-10 houses every few months."
