"Received a call regarding credit card account balance and zero interest. Pressed 9 to speak to someone as I get this call 8 times a day. Told the agent I was on the Federal and State DNC list. He actually started blowing in the receiver so it sounded like static on my end. I told him, "I know you are blowing in the phone." That is immature and this is harassment. I want taken off the call list. He then started laughing and proceeded to blow in the phone again. I told him I was reporting them."
