Stupid me, I was at the park walking my dog and when I called the number back. I got very suspicious since they claimed to call from the social security office but it was clearly some guy with a heavy Indian accent. Dumb me confirmed my address and I was told that there was an arrest warren under my name and that some law officers are going to show up to my house. Just came home and called the bank to secure my funds, then I looked up the number and came across this site. About to go to the Sheriff's office and report it as well."
