"Called to tell me their updates are being rejected. I told him I didn't believe him. He insisted I open my computer. Told me about a protection I had paid for through Dell and I told him that I have been receiving calls wanted to refund me that money. By the way, that protection has long since expired. He told me they were scammers. I hung up and he called right back."
