"Received a call from this number. Caller ID indicated it was from DOE OPS ABQ NM. I did not answer because I did not recognize the number and as far as I know DOE stands for Department of Education. I would not have anyone calling me from the New Mexico DOE. An automated message was left indicating it was to lower my credit card interest. I have been getting automated calls from caller ID "customer Care" and this DOE place all to lower my credit card interest."
