"Responded by text to Craigslist Milwaukee ad I posted. Scammer! Here's what they wrote:
"Hello, i'm Matt, I'm interested in your Couch What will be the least you will take for it?"
Me: $70 cash or PayPal
Scammer: "Ok. Good price, I'll write a check to you and i'll include money for my movers. Deduct your pay and pls give rest to my movers when they pick up. Ok?"
I usually let them pay to send the check then alert the bank and whoever's account they are forging. Don't fall for it people!"
