"I received a call from someone who said they represented Microsoft and sai my computer was sending signal to them and needed technical support. The person said his name was Smith and was unable to identify any identifying computer information and then hung up. Scammers it appears. Not sure if this may also be someone using another person's number. I have received spoof calls before. Thanks!"
