"I received a text message from 520-612-1064 stating that the person had a favor to ask of me, and to text him back as soon as possible, and then signed the text as "Fr Dale Tuckerman" (who is my parish priest). I responded to let him know I received the message. Then, the next text from this person was "Thanks for the response, hope you're good. I need to get iTunes gift card for some patients battling cancer in the hospital but I can't currently do that, can you please get that for me from any store around you now? I will reimburse you. Please message me back to know if you can help me with that. May the peace of the lord continue to be with you." I responded that I could do that, and asked what value he wanted and how many cards. The response was "Thanks. I need you to get 4 $100 Stream gift cards and you scratch the back to reveal the pin. Then you take a snapshot of the cards. Keep the physical cards after sending the cards picture to me." Then, the next text immediately after is "You can get either of the both and may God bless you." I then called the real Fr. Dale Tuckerman, my parish priest, and asked if he was texting me from a different number. Of course, he was not. I then wrote a text back to this scammer, "Pictures front and back?" The response was "Just the front." Then, another immediately following, "According and may God bless you." I responded, "Ok, I will get back to you once I do it." The response was "ok." As I was writing this information to file a complaint with the FBI so that this is on record. I received another text which states, "I saw your miss call and am currently busy at the meeting.""
