"Male caller who first asked if I could hear him and to tell me the call was being recorded. Made me wonder if this is the scam where they ask if you can hear them, you say yes and then they paste that into some sort of agreement. Anyway, he was calling about consolidation loans. I told him to STOP CALLING ME and remove the number from their database - like that would ever happen."

"520-630-2547 only info. left on Caller ID. Male left message on answering machine "Can you hear me o.k.?" then ended call. We never answer the land line. All calls that come in are telemarketers or scams...same thing."

"NEVER EVER say the word “yes” to any question, regardless who ask. Having said that, caller started by asking if I could hear them ok, oaused the the recorded message started about not soliciting anything or selling anything, just to provide “... vital informal should you choose to acquire a reverse mortgage....” realized it was a computerized messaging routine as, regardless of my replies, singing Mary had a little lamb the hung up."
