"received a call today, answered and nobody there. Called it back and a lady answered, I stated that I missed a call from this number and it was a work phone. She then proceeded to ask my name and wanted me to confirm the last 4 of my social. I told her i wasn't going to give info to her until she told me who she was and what the complaint was, she replied that she wouldn't tell me information until I gave my information to her, said have a good day and hung up."
