"I just received a call from someone who could not speak or understand English well. She called to report to me that I had been ed to receive a $7200 (at least that is what I thought she said) dollar grant from the US Government. Further, she said I was chosen because I had always paid my bills on time, and I did not have a criminal record. The caller sounded like she was having trouble breathing and hung up. When I called back, I got the call cannot be completed. It was listed as 'Out of Area' on my caller id."
