"I receiving a call from this number on October 8, 2016 at 2:23pm.
Some type of odd staccato single beep was left on my voicemail machine.
This seems to be some type of stalking and harassment."

"The number comes up as verizon, but verizon says it's not them. My bill is paid and I'm on the FCC no call list, etc etc. It's quite common for literally "anyone" to use any number they wish to appear as the number they are calling from when it's in fact not the number they're calling from at all. If it is/was Verizon they don't won't or shouldn't be calling at all hours to harrass you for payment, especially when payments are always made ontime. Scammers."
