"I am getting calls from this same phone number numerous times a day. These calls are in regards to a 3rd party over charge that I am supposed to receive. Today. I asked the person who is the 3rd party. She is a foreigner and I could not make heads or tails of what she was saying. Finally, she hung up on me without giving me an answer.
