"This is the second time in a few months, caller says he is with Windows, has been receiving alerts from my computer. Wanted me to go to my computer, said he had my license # from my computer and he would shut my computer down. Was actually yelling "Why aren't you doing this!" when I asked if he was with Microsoft and told him I didn't believe him. Said he was with Windows, had my license and would shut down my computer. I responded ok, I'll by an Apple! Bye!"
