I called and got a male. He asked me if I was sitting at my computer, and to look at the keyboard and hit CTRL and R, then to type www.a? into the box.
I hung up and shut my computer down.
I called Geek squad to see if they were involved and they said they DO NOT call customers, all is done via email."
