"I received this call 2 days in a row, yesterday and today, asking for 2 different persons but giving the same claim #. When I called back a man tried telling me I received a bank card that I used and never paid on. My balance was $1750 and if I didn't pay on it they were sending it to court. They wouldn't tell me who the creditor was or how I could resolve it because it wasn't mine. when I told him I would be talking to my attorney he hung up!"

The message is obviously meant to scare vulnerable people into giving over their financial information on the phone- this must be a scam. Be careful!"

She continues, "this is a 3rd attempt... noncompliance will result in an order for your appearance."

My father has received this same recording trying to locate me from this phone number."
