I did not return the call but the phone number of 682-499-9058 is a high scam number."

"Called for the phone number's previous owner. Stated they received a fax about a complaint, though the did not specify what the complaint was. Left a case number and a phone number to call back that was very different from the one that called me (Call from (805) 369-0468, left the 682 number on the voicemail. I attempted to call back to inform the phone has a new owner (which is the County of Ventura...) but no one answered and the voicemail box doesn't accept messages."
