Please press 9 and an agent will discuss it with you. Once an agent gets on the line they ask you to tell them which card you're looking for a reduction or which one you use the most.
I asked who they represented and the guys response was they represent all the major cards, Discover, Visa, Amex, MC, etc.
I then told him to supply the information to me in written form and he hung up. Called back and got a voicemail box for the number however on another call I was connected to a woman's voicemail stating she wasn't home."
