"The car warranty scam (which I stopped getting calls for) seems to be replaced by the home roofing eligibility program. A different number appears each time, with a partial voicemail with a woman's voice. They don't say who they are supposed to be, just that it's a reminder about the program. It sounds far away and she directs you to call (714) 694-7603. Probably another scam."
