"Received a call after 10:30 PM. Caller would not identify himself, but said my power bill was past due and if I didn't pay immediately, they would turn off my electricity. I asked who they were trying to call, and he couldn't tell me my name. He asked me to confirm my address and account number so he could pull up my record and help my pay. It was probably an attempt to get me to reveal personal information, including credit or debit card info."
