"Caller left two messages within minutes of one another, stating that I have 4 serious violations against me, to call it is urgent etc. I called the number back and their is no message stating who they are etc., but to leave a message. I know they are fraudulent and most likely trying to take advantage of someone. Not to mention my phone number is on the do not call list for solicitation."
