"Called about lowering credit card interest.called many times from different numbers with same story. Some calls are recordings and asked to press 1 to speak to someone, or person right from the beginning.when told to stop calling, know they are a scam, they get very nasty!"

"Received a call that showed a local number. Lady said they had been trying to reach me and said they could possibly lower my credit card interest saving me lots of money. She asked me a couple of questions and then said she was transferring me to someone else. When I asked who she was with, she said I will transfer you. I decided to hang up at that point. A man called from the 800 number and asked if we got disconnected or did I hang up. I told him I hung up. He wanted to know why, so I told him the lady was vague with her answers so I hung up and that I" was hanging up again. He called back and started asking why again and I proceeded to tell him not to ever call my number again. He then proceeded to tell me to "Shut the F--- Up" only he said the word and not just "F". And then he hung up on me. I could not believe that he had said that."
