"My caller I.D. showed I received a call from North American Medical. The calling number to be (770) 541-0012. A web search showed that number belonged to a medical services company in Georgia. A web search for the 808 number showed it to be located in Honolulu HI. The voicemail caller claimed to be from Walmart and someone was using my name and phone number for a purchase in the amount of $919.45. I should call the 808 number immediately to verify that I authorize the purchase. I looked at my credit card website. There is no activity there. Another spoofed name and number. SCAM!"
