"I received a call on my personal cell (813)760-6601. It was a prerecorded message to press 1 to lower interest on credit cards; press 2 to opt out of offer. I ed 2 and recording said to stand-by and was transferred to an agent. When the agent started his sales pitch, I interrupted and stated I pressed 2, to opt out; why was I transferred to an agent? He then said, repeatedly, "Press 2 if you want to suck my ***** ", I said that's offensive and your parents must be so proud of you and hung up."
