I called the number back and was told in order to stop the auto payment process I needed to go to my computer or laptop. I told them I wasn’t home so they said to call them when I was in front of the computer.
Search for “AnyDesk Remote Access.”
I gave them access and they started to take over my computer so I shut it down."

I called the number back and was told in order to stop the auto payment process I needed to go to my computer or laptop. I told them I wasn’t hone so then asked if my phone was an android or Apple. I told them I had an apple and I was told to go to my Apps store and
Search for “AnyDesk Remote Access.”
This app would allow anyone remote access to your computer, laptop, and cell phone!
I immediately told the person that I would not be giving anyone access to my info and if he couldn’t simply stop any recurring payments I would just call my bank and have them stop the payment. The person at the other end hung up on me! I called my bank and they confirmed that this was a SCAM!
Please be aware of this one!"
