"This call is from what claims to be the Social Security Administration, saying that there has been fraudulent activity with the recipient's social security number, and it has been deactivated. They call very frequently, and there is no mechanism by which to opt out. When speaking with an operator to ask to be put on a do not call list, they immediately hang up.
