"This # kept repeated calling-I ignored. Then he left a message that he had money that needed to be refunded to me-gave me impression from Verizon. I ignored more calls-kept calling-I answered told to quit calling and hung up. He kept calling. I answered and told to quit calling after I checked online with Verizon who said wasn't their #. I talked to him a bit. I had been having trouble with Verizon and had made several calls to them re: my bill payment. He kept saying had a refund for me-asked me to go on my acct.-so I did. Then gave me www.anydesk.com to type in-I did and when saw he wanted remote access to computer shut down computer and hung up.Verizon notified. Same # has continued to call which I have ignored.I wonder if he is a former employee of Verizon or has a way of watching phone calls to Verizon. I feel fortunate I stopped when I did. He was quite convincing.I'm pretty sure he called with other #also-did not answer."
