"Received 5-6 calls today. Caller ID showed Invalid Number. I finally called the number and was surprised to get a live person. He told me their company was going out of business and needed to refund a charge placed on my credit card. He quoted the exact amount I had previously incurred for a remote service problem handled by a company, Remote Technical Expert. I had been forwarded to this company by an Norton Support chat contact on 5/29/18. On today's call I smelled a scam and told the guy to call me back Monday. He agreed. I'll see what happens."
