"Caller asked if I was in front of my computer, he had noticed quite a few error messages and he wanted to help me fix the problem. I let him talk and told him I was not using my computer and could not at that time. He was persistent in telling me I had to let him help me. After about 3 minutes, I told him I would contact my service provider and let them handle it. He hung up."
