"Received a call telling me to call this number. Talked with a guy who claimed he was James O'Neal and that I owed damages for a bank account I supposedly overdrafted 10 years ago. He claimed he was from Capital RC or Capital RC Mediation and that they were licensed to do business in the state of California. I was not able to find any legitimate businesses listed under that name so I asked for their business license number. They refused to do so, then claimed that I was harassing them and told me that further contact with them would be reported as harassment."
