"Caller pretended to be calling from my computer's IT department. When I told him I knew he was a con and trying to compromise my computer's security, he hung up. I love telling them I know they are criminals. They sometimes try to continue with the scam, but most hang up immediately, and all hang up eventually. I feel so sorry for the people that actually fall for this type of scam. It must work sometimes, or they would have given up by now."
