"I am receiving approximately 10 calls per day from these scammers and I want it stopped. I'm supposed to be on the Do Not Call list, but somehow they get my number anyway. They are a pain in the butt - I have gotten to the point where I don't answer or try and block their call. I hope something can be done about this - it's very irritating!!!!!!!"

"March 25 had 18 phone calls from 850-280-0056 and 850-280-0061. Voicemails had message about firewall not working and later voicemails had to do with security breach. These calls were all male voices and sounded all the same with very good English. When this started the next I blew up. I answered and then it's a Microsoft Network Support company. All they want is money--$500 to fix problems on computer (how do they know?) and then once they get that they want another $1500.00 to pay the FCC for a new Ip address. That is not happening on my dime today or any other day! I d the current site and one local computer tech said to restart my machine to them off and they wouldn't be able to get back in. I knew what I was getting into with the $500 and when the next cost came up that did it right there. Yes, I have lost, I'm sure $500 but This will never happen again. I will turn my phone off as I have done in the past to get some peace. So far there have been no phone calls from this scammer and it is being reported to the attorney general's office locally. These crooks asked for gift cards to use for these payments by the way and then said something even more ignorant--Microsoft will refund the money once the case is closed and they have insurance for that!"

"Asking for IP address, Command CDM and another request to pull Foreign IP address. Telling me it is a free service. Sounds like a lot of BS here! They could be looking to get into your computer!!!

I called them back twice and both times they hung up when I started talking IT BS with them."

"850-280-0056 called me 4 times w/in 40 min. on 3/29/19. 3 went to VM, only repeating phone #. 1X, I picked up w/o speaking. Robo caller, saying my Firewall has been turned off, do not access sensitive/bank sites, if I did not authorize the action. Call ASAP."

"Called 3 times on 3/29/2019 at 0712, 0655, and 0639. Did not leave a message. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer the phone suspecting it to be a spam, robocall, or some other unwanted phone call."

"Called now for 3 days, multiple times a day. I cannot stand this. I have many doctors that call about my husbands sickness. It scares me when the phone rings because I have children and grandchildren who may need to contact me. I called back one time and angrily told them to stop it. "I am Deaf and cannot recieve voice calls. I was the recepient of over 10 calls today and several more over the last few days. I called the number using the Canada Video Relay interpreting service. They got a mechanical unintelligible voice speaking for a bit. They said they were interpreting for a sign language speaker they then said 'are you a robot?' Then subsequently hung up on me. Sketchy.."
