"SCAM most likely - caller ID showed "Healthcare" and I did not answer it cause I manually added all the Kaiser numbers I deal with (because they dont use caller id and I missed a few calls and just got vm) ... Apple showed a tran of the voicemail they left they even used my last name - like they were a distant relation? "This message is from a SMITH... Please Please call me back 855 368 96 44 I'm in the office eastern time.. 10-7 TTY users call 855 368 96 43 Again, my name is Gilberto Ana from Advocate services" (They never mentioned that name before, had said only my surname and didn't mention Kaisers name)
"I look forward to hearing from you Have a great day" From the other report dates looks like they have been doing this for a while with no recourse. I'm half tempted to call them back just to mess with them!!!"

"A message was left on our voicemail saying it was from Kaiser, but the format of the call was different, which raised my suspicions. First I checked email to see if Kaiser had also sent a message that way. Nothing. Then I searched online for info about this phone number and found this disturbing report.
The person gave her specific name and said to call her back at 855-368-9644 x4650. At the end of the message she repeated the number, but changed it a bit to 855-368-9643, and gave no extension.

"Called looking for my mom saying they were Kaiser Permanente Health Plan Advocate. I took a message and "Tamika Simpson" gave me this number and an extension number to call back at. Thought it was too specific for a health plan advocate call."

"Said they were calling from Kaiser Permanents Advocate and asked for all my information,ssi#,drivers Li's # medicare, life ins. Even bank numbers. They asked for me by name and knew I was a Kaiser member, I told them very little and he said he send a packet for me to fill out...I canlled KP and they said it was a scam and to not give anything."
