"Received a call from 866-270-2630 at 12:00 am on a Sunday morning claiming they are from Law Offices of Nelson and Associates in California. The guy was rude and hostile and said my brother had a legal matter with them. I asked if they were a spam/scam caller and he asked what is that! He answered my question with that reply. I hung up on him!"

"Called and left a message from a private number stating they mailed me two letters and I failed to respond in the time frame given so they were going to take legal action and left a call back number and reference id number. I called back a couple days later and they had the last of my social,address maiden name and bank info said I was being sued for a us bank account I had in 2008 and closed in 2014. Called us bank and they said it closed 2008 and was given to a credit company that is no longer in business. Called the Newman and associates company and explained to them I think this is fake and hers my proof they said it was illegal for the bank to talk to me cause they sent handling it anymore. I think it's a scam"
