"FRAUD - Pre-recorded call saying they are UnitedHealthcard and that they need to ask me questions about my account and then it goes to live operator who immediately asks for you birthdate to verify your account. They leave a call back number of 866-523-5800. This is NOT UnitedHealth Care! I called the # on my card which is 800, not 866 and asked if they need any information and they said NO and that they had no record of calling me and no reason to call me."
