Left a voicemail saying they were "Debra Nelson" and were calling in reference to my student loans. Asked me to call back 866-371-6262 and give them reference #030355. I don't have any student loans."

"received multiple calls from someone claiming to be from the Dept. of Ed. regarding urgent information about repaying my student loan (I don't have one). Someone named Susan Nelson (last name garbled) gave me a reference number to refer to when calling back. I finally called back just to see... got same strange message no matter which option I chose on the menu. Total scam. Another number associated with this is:
