"My computer locked up 9/4/19 and was given the message to call number 866-858-4594 to get it unlocked. Thought it was Microsoft. I bought into it but stopped payment this morning. They are Touch Tech Solutions but are not located at the address shown in California. The agent was Jeff Wilson."

"My computer opened a screen saying I had to call this number and that my computer would be locked until I did. I was on the phone with them for 2-1/2 hours and they told me I had 1074 trojans. The representative name was Thomas at X 1005. I paid them $299 for two years of service. The put a malware junkware removal tool on my computer called malwarebytes"
