"David Mason called saying he was with Senior Citizens Promotion Major Sweepstakes and I was the winner of the sweepstakes. The prize was $2.5 million plus $5,000 per week for life and a Mercedes Benz. Attorney Debra Allen would deliver the check and the auto to my address. I had too send $500 to Robert Parker at 3314 Mountain Rd, Stowe, VT 05672 by Express Mail. I was to place the cash in a magazine to mail it so no one would know the package contained cash. He then asked me how much money I had in my bank account. I gambled the $500 and sent the money. Then he said I had to send $1,950 to pay a government fee. I refused and he got fed up with me and told me how much he was doing for me. Kept calling me Buddy. He told me he was calling me from Jamaica, NY, however the phone trace showed as Kingston, Jamaica which he denied. I hung up and he kept calling and I didn't answer."

Please don’t believe it."

THEN HE BECAME ARROGANT AND ANGRY AND ASKED IF I COULD GET A LOAN FROM THE BANK OR A HOME EQUITY LOAN. I SAID IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO GET A LOAN IN JUST A MATTER OF MINUTES. I FINALLY TOLD HIM I COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT DO THIS AND THAT THIS SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM. THEN HE SAID MAYBE I COULD GET IT IN A COUPLE DAYS AND ASKED ME TO GET A PENCIL AND TAKE DOWN HIS PERSONAL NUMBER. THEN THE PHONE WENT DEAD. I SUPPOSE HE HUNG UP. WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THAT NUMBER IT DOES NOT RING (876 879-9264), IT DOES NOT GO THROUGH -- NO DIAL TONE. ANOTHER THING - HE SPOKE SLOWLY, SILLABLE BY SILLABLE. SOUNDED LIKE HE HAD TIES TO THE GAMBLING INDUSTRY OR SOME UNDERGROUND AGENCY."
